The project with Prima Menü started with the company's ambition to diversify their business towards Direct To Consumer (D2C). At the core of the project, was the challenge to accommodate individual consumers purchasing preferences and habits, in opposition to traditional wholesaling.
We believe in seamless customer experiences, we perfected the purchase journey by empowering the collection page, to become the main "shopping page". Customers can select their meals and mix their packages easily in one view. This effectively reduced the "clicking around" by 75%.
We developed their new sales channel, keeping in mind the corporate design and the company's playful spirit, to ensure a smooth transition.
